How would you describe your field and main tasks?
I work in the sales department as a Market Development Representative. I assists the sales and marketing team with lead generation and engage with with prospects via our web chat.
What are the most exciting and challenging aspects of your job?
I consider myself to be very social and love to meet new people. I talk to a lot of different companies all over the world to gain understanding how they use social media and guide them how to optimize their workflow with Falcon.
I always have to be up date with news around the social media industry to be able to give the best advise. I structure my own days and have to take responsibility for my targets. You need to be focused and structured.
How do you apply your education in your job?
My education was entrepreneur focused which gave me a good understanding of company structures and how all department are dependent of each other. I apply this to how companies work with social media and how each teams can benefit from working better together with Falcon.
What are the three most important things to you in your job at Falcon.io?
1. Team work. Even if you have your own targets to reach, you have to remember that you are a part of a team and be a good team player.
2. Ideas. There’s plenty room to pitch new ideas and take part in events you find exciting.
3. Having fun. There’s always something fun going on. Friday bars, cake day or get-togethers.
