Here at studentum.dk we have ranked Denmark’s best student cities to guide you to the right choice of future place of study. For the third year in a row, Aarhus, ‘The city of smiles’, took our top spot! Take a look at the whole list below, and find out why!
It can be tough choosing a university. Especially if the university you are thinking about choosing is placed in a foreign country. Also a lot of factors come into play, when you are trying to decide your future place of study. Everything from the university’s programmes and academic excellence to the surrounding environment, atmosphere and social offers.
Luckily there is hope to be found! Because we, at studentum.dk, have conducted a countrywide survey among students, asking them what they prioritised most, and from that, we have been able to rank each city accordingly.
Our survey concluded that students especially prioritised areas of ‘Transportation’, ‘Academic excellence’, ‘Career’ and ‘Student jobs’. Although our survey highlights other factors as well, these 4 factors were main determinants for this year's winner.
We have used the student’s answers to rank the cities according to what students prioritised the most. This is how we found Denmark’s Top 10 student cities of 2023.
