Would you like to learn how to connect different computer-based devices and get these to communicate with each other in a large network? Study the Bachelor’s Programme in computer science to take part in and influence the computer-controlled society of the future!

The computer science programme is a programme for students wanting to develop the digital reality of the future. Learn how to program large and small computer-controlled devices to talk to each other and to get these to communicate with things in other places in large networks of computer-controlled devices on the internet (Internet of Things). Today, more and more things are connected in the Internet of Things and to be able to program and understand the technology behind it is an important skill, which is in demand on the labour market.

Outcome

For the degree of bachelor of science in engineering, the student shall, after completion of the degree, demonstrate such knowledge and skills as required to independently work as an engineer in the field of computer engineering.

The program aims to create conditions for the students develop skills in programming as well as knowledge in mathematics, computer engineering, data communication, data security and digital signal processing, with particular insight into technologies and issues related to the Internet of Things. The aim is that the student should be able to apply these skills and skills independently and in a project form.
